| 摘 要： | 在严峻的毕业生就业市场,贫困生由于社会网络资本的缺乏,明显处在一个劣势的地位。“代际传递效应”正挑战就业公平,对和谐社会的构建产生不良影响。通过对贫困生就业不公平的深层原因和后果的分析,提出了实现贫困生就业公平的对策。

| Abstract: | Within the present austere job market,an inferior position can be clearly identified with respect to the job seeking for poor university graduates,partly owing to the shortage of their social resources.The employment fairness of these people is challenged by so call "between-generation transfer effect",posing a negative influence upon the construction of a harmonious society.This paper analyses the causes and consequences of employment unfairness for poor university graduates,and puts forward some countermeasures to realize the employment fairness. |
