| 摘 要： | 梁漱溟坚执的个性和知识人的忧患气质,注定他一生在直面惨淡现实的同时,始终保持着对民族、国家前途、命运的关注、焦虑和思考。他的法治思想及实践可谓集感性理性于一体,融思想、使命感、人格于一炉;由其尚情无我的圣贤人格所决定,他的法治思想中浸润着人间大爱的精神内核,而其宪政实践中又充满着近乎宗教般的狂热。剖析梁漱溟人格特质在其法治思想形成过程中所起作用,对我们在当今全球化语境下如何寻求中国特色的法治之路不无启迪。
