| 摘 要： | 实施专业骨干教师培训是"中等职业学校教师素质提高计划"的重要内容和主干项目.通过调查发现,我国现阶段的中等职业学校专业骨干教师国家级培训无论从国家培训机构、选送单位、参训个人还是从培训内容、培训方式等层面都存在一定的不足,为此,应完善学校相关制度建设,建立长效的联系机制;加大设备配置力度,加强与参训教师的联系;严格培训对象筛选过程;按需制订培训内容.
