| 摘 要： | 在世界各国经济低迷的时期,受就业冲击首先就是缺乏工作经验的大学生群体,这种情况原本就是市场经济条件下的正常现象,我们不能回避、只有面对挑战。从大学生就业现状、大学生就业的问题和大学生就业的对策等三个方面进行了阐释,以期为大学生就业、择业、创业提供参考价值。
