| Abstract: | The linguistic rules are arbitrary, which tend to be developing. Therefore, the lexicological standard is a dialectical concept of the dynamic and static. Based on that, the writer of this paper assumes that the linguistic standard needs to be established in the development, which further improves and updates the standard, reflecting the respect to the historical laws as well as the choice of the speakers of the language. |
