我国食品安全问题调研报告

摘    要:针对目前食品安全危机事件的频频出现,文章以食品安全问题调研结果为依据,分析了我国食品安全存在的问题及其原因,提出健全食品安全法律体系、加强监管、加强食品安全标准建设、提高企业违法成本和消费者维权意识、建立食品安全信息查询系统等促进我国食品产业健康有序发展的对策。

Abstract:According to current food safety crisis appears frequently,based on the food safety research results,this article analyzed China’s food safety problems and its reasons.It put forward to promoting the healthy and orderly development of the food industry from the aspects of perfecting food safety regulations system and strengthening supervision and construction of food safety standards,improving enterprise’s illegal cost and consumers’ consciousness,establishment of food safety information query system and so on.
