| 摘 要： | 随着植物新品种在促进农业生产中所发挥的越来越重要的作用，国际社会对植物新品种的知识产权保护日益重视。植物品种权是一种新的知识产权，对于加强植物新品种的保护具有重要意义。通过对植物品种权的内涵、特征、性质、内容等进行法律探讨，旨在为深入研究植物新品种的品种权保护制度奠定基础。
