| 摘 要： | 和谐师生关系是构建和谐校园的核心，是示范性高职院校建设的重要内容，决定着示范性高职院校“示范性”作用的发挥。文章阐释了示范性高职院校和谐师生关系的内涵与特征，分析了导致高职院校师生关系不和谐的因素，指出构建示范性高职院校和谐师生关系需要学校、教师、学生的共同努力。
