| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的高质量快速发展，高职高专院校也为社会发展不断输送高素质技能型人才，这就对高职院校师资队伍提出了较高要求，而“双师型”师资队伍正是实现人才培养高质量的切实保障。针对当前高职高专“双师型”师资队伍建设中酒店管理专业师资队伍建设的现状及高职酒店管理专业研究，探讨专业“双师型”师资队伍建设的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The fast and sound development of China economy, more and more high- quality and high- skill personnel trained by higher vocational colleges have made high--quality teachers very important to these colleges, while double--quality teachers are the key guarantee to realize high--quality personnel training. This paper has studied the current situation and problems in double-- quality teacher construction of hotel management and explored the ways to strengthen the construction. |
