| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是指导党和国家全部工作的强大思想武器，也是高校创业教育课程建设必须坚持的基本原则。高校创业教育课程建设要以科学发展观为指导，更新教育观念，实现课程建设的科学创新；坚持“以人为本”，实现专业主导；坚持内涵发展，滚动实施，动态协调；坚持系统审视，完善保障，科学统筹，从而促进地方普通高校创业教育的快速、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Scientific development concept is the powerful ideological weapon to guide all the work of our party and our country, and also the basic principle that colleges and universities must adhere to when constructing enterprising education programs. To successfully can＇y out the construction of enterprising education programs in colleges and uni- versities, this paper comes up with some corresponding suggestions, such as taking the scientific development outlook as guidance to update our educational concept, so as to realize the scientific innovation of curriculum construction, insisting on the people-oriented philosophy ao as to make specialties leading and so on, thus promoting the rapid and sustainable development of entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities. |
