| 摘 要： | 以历史主义的观点来看,学术自由在中世纪历经从早期的湮灭到中后期重生与发展的曲折历程。在中世纪早期,古希腊延续下来的理性主义与学术自由精神嘎然而止。借助于经院哲学的名实之争,理性在基督教神学的荫蔽下潜滋暗长。与此同时,近代意义上的大学横空出世并缓慢发展,依靠有限的自治权,学术自由的传统与精神在大学这一实体性组织中曲折重生。
