| 摘 要： | 战略规划对大学的发展具有非常重要的意义。本文采用文本分析法,对国内外若干所研究型大学战略规划进行比较分析,发现它们在环境审视、校情分析和学科建设的具体战略上不乏相通之处;而在文本布局、关键性文件安排、目标和价值观等方面又存在巨大差别。这些异同及其背后所蕴含的理念正是我国高校在制定战略规划时不可多得的经验。
