美国研究生教育的发展及特色探析

摘    要:美国研究生教育在世界研究生教育中占有重要地位,它从19世纪开始至今,历经了沿袭、改造、独创三个阶段,逐步形成了一套完善的培养制度。培养目标上的知识与能力优先、培养过程的规范与灵活、质量评估中的社会中介主导给我国带来了启示。

Abstract:The U.S. post-graduate education plays an important role in the world. From the beginning of the 19th century,it has undergone the followed,modifi ed,original stages,and gradually formed a set of perfect training system. The priority of knowledge and ability in training objectives,specifi cation and ? exibility of training process,dominantion of social intermediaries in quality assessment are all enlightenments for China.
