试论高职学分制的弹性

摘    要:学分制的本质特征和精髓在于学生有学习的选择性,而这种选择性的大小就是学分制的弹性,目前弹性过小是高职院校学分制改革未能取得明显成效的主要原因。高职院校可以从课程体系的弹性、学习方式的弹性、选择专业的弹性、选择教师的弹性以及学制的弹性等方面着手,积极创造条件,努力拓展学分制的弹性。

Abstract:The essence of the credit system lies in the selection of students' learning and the degree of the selection is the elasticity of the credit system. At the present time, too small of the elasticity is the main reason that the reform of the credit system in higher vocational schools does not obtain obvious results. Higher vocational schools can develop the elasticity of the credit system from the aspects of developing the elasticity of the curriculum system, the elasticity of the way of study, the elasticity of specialty selection, the elasticity of selecting teachers and the length of schooling.
