| 摘 要： | 依法治国，是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略。十一届三中全会以来我党的法治思想不断发展，已成为马克思主义思想宝库中一颗璀璨的明珠，它丰富和发展了马克思主义，在马克思主义国家学说史上具有重要的地位，这一思想博大精深，主要包括以下几个方面：民主法制论、依法治国论、法治与德治结合论、依法执政论、和谐法治论、依宪治国论、社会主义法治理念论等。
