花生抗虫转基因综述

摘    要:花生受害虫侵害严重,常给花生生产造成巨大的损失,大量喷施化学杀虫剂,不仅会增强害虫的抗药性,殃及其它有益生物,而且会污染环境.而转基因技术的诞生解决了这一难题,本文从植物再生,目的基因的来源,及外源基因的转化等几个方面概述了植物基因工程应用于花生遗传改良的研究近况.

Abstract:Because of peanut seriously damaged by pests, the production of peanut was suffering a heavy loss. It would not only increase the anti-pesticide capab ility of pests but also endanger other useful creatures and cause environmental pollution, if pesticide was heavily used. The problem would be resolved partly b y the transgenic technology. The latest information of the genetic improvement o f peanut was reviewed through three aspects: plant regeneration, the resource of target gene and transformation of foreign genes in the paper.
