| 摘 要： | 笔者根据女大学生在校期间体育兴趣的时相特征 ,对体育教育方式与手段的选择取向进行了研究分析 ,提出高校的体育教学应依据女大学生体育兴趣的时相特征 ,调整、修改教材内容 ,改变女生课男生化的现状 ;在三、四年级开设体育课 ,开拓课外体育生活空间 ,以培养女大学生的个性心理特征和终身体育观念。

| Abstract: | According to the period features of female college student′s sports interest, author analyzed the choice orientation of methods and means of physical education and put forward that teaching content should be changed and adjusted, and the exercise contents of female students should not be the same as that of male students. In order to enlarge sports space of outroom and develop female students′ mental charactertics, personalinty and sports concept of all life, physical education courses should be seted in high university years |
