| 摘 要： | 从中国科学技术发展史看,一方面,人的相对有闲具有推动科学技术发展的优势,另一方面,社会的相对有闲也具有推动科学技术发展的优势。在相对有闲的社会时期,由于社会经济的发展和相对有闲人的增多,在一定程度上也决定了这一时期与其它社会时期科学技术的发展有相对优势。当今科学技术突飞猛进的发展,原因是多方面的,但不可否认,当今世界整体处于相对有闲的社会时期就是一个重要原因。

| Abstract: | On the one hand,man's leisure is of advantage to advancing the growth of science and technology eyed from the developing history of science and technology;on the other hand,the society's leisure,too,has the advantage of advancing the growth of science and technology.In a relaively leisured aocial period,the growth of social economy and relatively leisured people determine that this period is more favorable than any other periods in terms of the development of science and technology.Nowadays,there are many reasons for science and technology to advance by leaps and bounds.There is no gainsaying that the whole world staying in a relatively leisured social period is an important reason. |
