| 摘 要： | 独立的基本内涵是不依赖外力，不为外界束缚，是国家作为独立的法律人格所具有的一项基本属性，它主要有政治、经济和文化等三方面，东南亚诸国经历了长期的残民地历程，是当今世界为政治、经济独立而斗争并面对文化独立考验较典型的国家。文章最后还具体以东南亚国家的结盟政策为例作出评析。
