| 摘 要： | 目前,高校学生的思想行为出现了新的走势,传统的高校学生思想教育管理工作面临严峻的挑战。为此,应树立以学生为本、德育为首的管理理念,积极探索适应时代要求的高校学生思想教育管理体制,培养现代化管理队伍,改革和创新高校学生思想教育管理工作。
