| 摘 要： | 随着高校扩招规模的持续放大,应届大学毕业生的就业难问题日益引起社会各界的关注.文章采用实证研究方法分析了重庆市五所高校应届大学毕业生的就业预期和评价,针对目前应届高校毕业生就业难的现状,提出了加强心理辅导和人生观、价值观教育,增加学生对人才需求的了解,改革就业培训机制,增强高校课程设置和调整的灵活性等对策和建议.

| Abstract: | As the university expands the scale of recruiting students continuously,the graduate's difficult problem of employment arouses the attention from various circles of society day by day.This text adopts real example research approach to analyze expect and appraise of the employment of graduate at five universities in Chongqing.As far as the difficult current situation of university graduate's employment is concerned,some countermeasures and suggestions are given, such as to strengthen the psychological consultation and education of outlook on life and values,to increase student knowledge of demand for talent,to reform employment train mechanism,to strengthen flexibility of university course's arrangement and adjustment countermeasure and suggestion. |
