| 摘 要： | 专利是知识产权中最重要的组成部分，专利战略实施的状况需要一个标准去衡量．基于这个目的，从建立专利战略绩效评价指标体系人手，对评价指标体系制定的原则，数据的收集与计算、体系的分类、框架，指标解释和数据的来源进行探讨，旨在为专利战略的监测与评估提供参考． |

| Abstract: | Patent is the most important part of intelligent property.The implementation of patent strategy should be measured with a standard.With this purpose,it establishes a performance assessment index system of patent strategy,and probes into the principles of establishing the index system,data collection and calculation,classification and framework of the system,index interpretation and data source.It aims to provide a reference for monitoring and evaluating the patent strategy. |
