| 摘 要： | 建设和谐校园文化,对增强高校思想政治工作的实效,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要价值。和谐的校园文化应具有主体的内在协调性、文化的兼容并包性、传统的继承创新性以及载体的高雅教育性的特征。要从校园物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、行为文化四个层面,丰富和谐校园文化建设的内容,并通过完善领导机制、健全建设主体、挖掘载体资源、建立连通体系等有效途径,切实推动高校和谐校园文化的建设和发展。
