| 摘 要： | 女大学生在就业过程中受到生育歧视、外貌歧视和能力歧视。由于女大学生在经济上的性价比低于男大学生,女性就业保护制度还不健全,女性的生理差异和承担的社会角色成为就业弱势,加上中国传统文化和观念的影响,社会竞争加剧等原因增大了女大学生的就业困难。

| Abstract: | Female college students in the course of employment are discrimination by birth,appearance and ability discriminate because the female students' economic cost is lower than the male students',female employment protection system is not perfect,the women's physiological differences and social roles are weak in the job,coupled with historical influence of the concept of Chinese traditional culture and social competition.These facts increase employment difficulties for female college students. |
