| 摘 要： | 专业化已成为高职院校辅导员发展的迫切需要和必然趋势,积极推进辅导员专业化建设,直接关系到辅导员整体素质的提高、大学生的健康成长、高校思想政治工作的实效性与社会主义合格建设者和接班人的培养。目前,高职院校的辅导员队伍建设离专业化尚有差距,主要表现在队伍的非专业性、角色定位的不清晰、队伍的不稳定性等方面。加强辅导员队伍专业化建设,应从思想认识、专业化培养、制度机制保障等方面着手。
