| 摘 要： | 以大学生篮球运动员的体能为视角,通过对篮球运动的项目特征和大学生篮球运动员体能与专项体能特征进行分析,使我们进一步明确体能与专项体能的内核,认清篮球运动员专项体能的本质。通过对大学生篮球运动员专项体能的诊断与评价,了解当前我国大学生篮球运动员的体能状况,为专项体能训练水平的提高提供支持。
