| 摘 要： | 以健美操选项课两个班的学生作为研究对象,运用实验比较法、文献资料法、问卷调查法等进行研究,对学生分别实行传统和创新教学的教学实验,得出实验组学生的综合成绩显著优于对照组学生,结果表明,创新教学激发了学生的创造兴趣和热情,全面培养了学生的综合能力,提高了学生的创造能力,发展了学生的创造性个性,同时增强了学生的锻炼信心。
