摘    要:多元化经营是企业成长壮大到一定阶段的发展战略选择。多元化经营包括同心多元化、横向多元化、纵向多元化和无关联多元化四种主要形式。出版集团要充分认识多元化经营的利弊,做好出版主业是基础,应该根据关联度和自己的专长,适时适度地开展多元化经营,还要注意企业文化建设与人才的培养。
