硫酸铝-离子液体复合催化剂催化合成草莓酯

摘    要:以硫酸铝/离子液体bmim]H2PO4]为复合催化剂,研究了乙酰乙酸乙酯和1,2-丙二醇缩合反应制备了新型香料草莓酯.结果表明,复合催化剂对缩合反应具有良好的催化活性和选择性,在优化的反应条件:乙酰乙酸乙酯用量为11.4 mmol,1,2-丙二醇与乙酰乙酸乙酯的比为1.2∶1,催化剂用量为0.25 mmol,离子液体用量为1 mL,反应温度100℃,反应时间1.5 h,乙酰乙酸乙酯的转化率达到70%以上,选择性达到99.0%以上.同时,反应结束后,复合催化剂与有机物自动分层,催化剂的循环使用易于实现.

Abstract:∶ The fructone was synthesized by the acetalization reation of ethyl acetoacetate(EAA) with 1,2-propanediol(PPO) catalyzed by ionce liquid mediated aluminium sulfate.The experimental results indieated that the acetalization catalyzed by ionic liquid mediated aluminium sulfate.The experimental results indieated that the acetalization catalyzed by ionic liquid mediated aluminium sulfate exhibited higher activity and better selectivity.The optimal conditions were as following:the amount of EAA 11.4 mmol,the molar ratio of PPO with EAA 1.2∶1,the amount of aluminium sulfate 0.25 mmol,ionic liquid 1 mL,reaction temperature temperature 110 ℃,reation time 1.5 h.under the optimal conditions,the conversion of EAA could reach up to 70% while the selectivity for fructione was over 99%.Moreover,the catalyst can be conveniently separated from the organic layer and facilely reused without a significant deerease in the activity and selectivity.
