| 摘 要： | 风险投资是适应高新技术产业化的需要而出现的一种新型的投资方式，政府应制定相应的政策加以支持。国外对风险投资业的支持政策主要有税收优惠、财政投入、信用担保，政府采购、人才培养、知识产权保护、二板市场等方面，这对我国制定促进风险投资业发展的支持政策有重要的启示。

| Abstract: | Venture investment is a new type of investment to meet the requirements of the industrialization of sophisticated and new technology.A policy shall be formulated by the government to give it a strong backing.Foreign policy consideration to venture investment gives expression mainly to concessional tax on liberal terms,financial support,secured credit,government procurement,talents training,intellectual property protection,backstage retirement(a transformation of investment) and so on.It is an inspiration for us to formulate a policy to stand up for the promotion of venture investment. |
