| Abstract: | According to the talent science about the different demarcations of talent in the new century, the modern librarians are is obviously one group of talent with good humane qualities and professional skills. They provide effective services through regulating information, such as collecting documents, integrating resources, releasing information, navigating knowledge ,consulting information,etc, in the library business and library work. They are cultural heritage resources cooperative type of intellectual to satisfy the need of rations information by assistant,cooperation and coordination. |
