摘    要:高校引进人才是高等教育大发展的需要,但在人才引进的过程中存在着稳定与流动、所有与所用、引进与培养、“外才”与“内才”、成本与效益等矛盾,只有树立大人才观,以人为本、资源共享、统筹兼顾,和谐发展,才能较好地解决这些矛盾。

Abstract:The talent bring-in strategy for colleges and universities is essential to the rapid development of higher education.However,there exist some contradictions during the process of bringing talent in,such as contradiction between stability and flow of talented personnel,contradiction between possession and use of talented personnel,contradiction between bringing in and training talented personnel,contradiction between "outside talent" and "inside talent",contradiction between cost and profit.Only when the grand talent conception is established,when talented personnel is put at the most important place,when the natural resources are co-shared,and when over-all consideration is arranged and harmonious development is achieved,can all these contradictions be solved.
