PDCA循环管理在科技计划项目质量改进中的运用

摘    要:按照GB/T19001-2000质量管理体系的要求,PDCA循环方法可适用于质量管理的全部过程。结合实证,分析PDCA循环在科技计划项目质量改进中的具体应用,结果表明:PDCA循环可以用来标准化表达和指导科技计划项目质量改进活动,按照PDCA循环管理的操作步骤,从开始分析目前科技计划项目管理中存在的问题,然后制定对应的措施计划、监控执行过程,到最后进行处理总结,形成一整套系统的质量改进模式,以此寻求科研项目管理的不断完善和项目质量的持续改进。

Abstract:According to the requirements of GB / T19001-2000 quality management system, PDCA cycle method can be applied to all processes of quality management. Based on the empirical analysis, the paper analyzes the application of PDCA cycle in the quality improvement of science and technology projects. The results show that PDCA cycle can be used to standardize the expression and guidance of the quality improvement activities of science and technology projects. According to the operation steps of PDCA cycle, from the beginning to analyze the problems existing in the project management of science and technology projects, and then formulate corresponding measures and plans, monitor the implementation process, to the end of summarize. Finally, a set of systematic quality improvement mode is formed to seek the continuous improvement of scientific research projects quality.
