| 摘 要： | 并非设立《新闻法》或《舆论监督法》就可以解决记者被打问题。记者被打除了舆论监督是其直接原因外,还有其他的间接因素。如媒体经营的市场化、媒介功能的娱乐化以及记者自身职业形象的负面化等。针对这些因素,当前应当采取的的基本对策是:建立信息公开制度;加强新闻职业理念和职业道德建设;争取其他部门的支持与配合并以记协做后盾,依法维护记者的权益。
