| 摘 要： | 语际转换是语言符号之间的换码，语言符号有其内在的特性，这些特性决定了语际转换的模式；同时，有效的语际转换又受文化机制的制约。语言符号有其普通性、粒散性、任意性、相似性等特征，同时，文化又具有民族性、渗透性、兼容性等，所有这些因家都制约着语际转换进行，又使其成为可能。

| Abstract: | Interlingual transform is the decoding between language symbols which have its own inner features that determine the model of decoding. Effective dec oding is governed by the culture mechanism of the languages. The paper tries to state the features of language symbols, probe the semiotic principles of deco ding and the culture mechanism governing the effective decoding between language symbols. |
