| 摘 要： | 文章系统地阐述了政府信息公开目录系统的可行性，从资源层、编目层、渠道层和保障层等四个层次上详细论述了TRS的总体实现方案，并分别就四个层次介绍了TRS的实现技术，从而形成一个严格的开放的政府信息公开平台系统，为《政府信息公开条例》提供全面而先进的技术保障与支撑。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the feasibility on the government opening content system. And a global solution is put forward by the TRS Ltd. based on resource, catalogue, channel and maintenance. From the four aspects, some key studies and technologies are introduced. Therefore, an open platform is constructed for the government opening content system, and the Regulation on open Government Information will be supported and ensured entirely and strongly. |
