| 摘 要： | 当前高校中对大学生的心理健康教育已经给予了足够的重视，心理辅导对大学生的健康成长的重要性也得到了教育工作者的共识。通过调查发现，工科类高职院校大学生最希望通过学校心理辅导，达到提升心理素质、适应社会竞争的效果；学生更趋向于选择上心理健康课和咨询室的心理辅导方式；学生期望中理想的心理辅导人员不但要具备扎实的专业技能，更需要有良好的职业道德和亲和力。这对当前工科类高职院校的心理辅导工作提出了新的要求。

| Abstract: | Importance of university students＇ mental health education to their development has been realized by teaching staff. Surveys show that science students of higher vocational colleges desire to enhance their capability of enduring pressure against social competition through mental consultation in colleges. Students prefer mental health courses and private psychological tutoring and the most desirable consultants should not only possess complete professional knowledge but also observe ethic code and be approachable. The paper thus believes that these needs pose new challenges to the psychological consultation. |
