| 摘 要： | 加强人文关怀是一种非常有效的提高大学生思想政治教育工作的手段，在高校思想政治教育工作中把人文关怀和心理疏导放在首位，有利于培养学生自信自尊、积极向上的心态，从而解决缺失人文关怀的问题，使人文关怀在整个高校的理念中进行贯穿，坚持以人为本的理念，将学生个性与德育相统一。
