| 摘 要： | 通过调查法、座谈法、文献资料法等方法，探讨了江苏省部分高校体育社团的现状、组织与运行等方面问题，分析了制约其发展的主要因素，提出了加强管理、完善措施、增加投入、与社会接轨等建议，以期提高高校体育社团的管理水平，促进高校体育社团健康发展。
