| 摘 要： | 本文摒弃传统观念对企业社会责任的认识,强调承担企业社会责任给我国企业和社会带来的积极意义。论述我国国企社会责任履行的变迁,通过例举中国移动履行社会责任,说明我国国企在承担社会责任方面取得的进展。并通过中国100强企业社会责任发展指数（2009年）,对我国国企社会责任方面提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | Abandon the traditional concept of corporate social responsibility awareness,emphasizing corporate social responsibility to our business and the community the positive sense.China＇s state-owned enterprises to fulfill social responsibility discussed the changes,through the enumerated China Mobile to fulfill their social responsibility to illustrate our commitment to social responsibility in state-owned enterprises have made progress.And through corporate social responsibility in China 100 Development Index（2009）,the social responsibility of Chinese state-owned enterprises made recommendations accordingly. |
