| 摘 要： | 管理者要牢固树立以人为本的观念,紧紧抓住做好人的工作这个根本,充分发挥人的积极性,能动地完成管理任务。在具体方法上,要以“需要论”为主要依据对人的行为进行管理,要重视物质利益激励、职工价值观教育等方法。

| Abstract: | Leaders should firmly foster a human-centred sense and pay close attentione to ideological work so as to arouse people's enthusiasm and initiatives,there upon the management goal could be reached.In the light of "Needs Law",some concerete approaches can be adopted to control human's behavior,such as material benefits stimulus,education value outlook. |
