| 摘 要： | 随着体育运动日益国际化、市场化、职业化，给我国的体育企业的发展带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。随着以知识和信息为基础的知识型企业的出现，企业竞争国际化也日益激烈。在这种经济竞争大背景下体育企业内外环境特征发生了根本性变化，与此相应的体育企业家应具备哪些素质以及如何培养，成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。

There is a serious Problem that what kind of charalter an excellent entreprenear of athletics should have to meet the situation,which needs to be solved urgently. |
