| 摘 要： | 太极柔力球是我国20世纪90年代初兴起的一项体育运动,它是东方传统文化的必然产物。太极柔力球运动的核心思想、思维形式和价值取向反映了中国传统文化的＂天人合一＂的观念,强调人与自然的＂和合为一＂;太极柔力球的运动特征和运动形式主要表现在＂圆＂和＂空＂两个方面,集中体现了＂太极＂理念和＂圆＂的运动规律,是自然规律的一种表现形式。太极柔力球与太极拳是同一法则下的两个独立事物,是两种不同的运动形式,只有较好地辨析二者的区别与联系,才能为正确、务实地引领太极柔力球运动的发展提供依据。 |
