自我调节学习的影响因素及促进策略

摘    要:自我调节学习是顺应时代要求而产生的、由学习者积极主动去获得知识和技能的一种学习方式。本文从学习目标、任务价值、自我效能感、归因及自我调节学习策略的类型等五个方面分析了影响自我调节学习的因素,并提出了几种促进学生自我调节学习的策略。

Abstract:Self-regulated learning is a way of learning in which learners take their initiative to acquire knowledge and skills.It came into being conforming to the trend of times.In this article,we analyze the factors which affect the self-regulated learning from the following five factors: the goal of learning, task value,sense of self-efficacy,attribution and self-regulated learning strategy.Based on this,several strategies which may promote students to develop self-regulated learning have been put forward.
