| 摘 要： | 大学生体育运动行为对其一生的体育实践产生深远的影响,必须重视对大学生体育意识与行为的培养。就此,在对大学生运动行为现状调查与分析的基础上,对培养大学生运动行为、养成终身体育意识与锻炼习惯,提出一些针对性意见。
