| 摘 要： | 刚现端倪的知识经济代表着世界经济的未来发展方向。在知识生产和人才培养等方面向人类社会提出了新的要求。尤其人才开发培养是知识经济时代赋予教育的神圣使命。教育必须加大改革力度，加快发展步伐，建立新的知识传播体系，人才培养模式和创新教育体系，才能为我国２１世纪经济起飞和民族复兴、为迎接知识经济的挑战提供人才支持和知识贡献。

| Abstract: | The rising knowledge economy preludes the future of global economy. In the fields such as the production of knowledge and the training of talents, it sets new demands on human beings. Especially, the era of knowledge economy entrusts to education the mission of the mining and refining of talented persons. The innovation of education must be reinforced and the steps of educational development should go faster. Therefore, we must build a new model of talent training and a system of creative education, which supply personnel support and intellectual contribution to the growth of Chinese economy and the revival of Chinese nations in the 21st century. |
