超越竞争还是超强竞争

摘    要:现今企业间竞争日益呈现出动态性的特征,市场需求变化和竞争互动不断改变着竞争优势的内容,以谋取新的优势为目的的战略创新自然就成为引人瞩目的课题.价值创新理论向我们诠释一种破坏性战略创新逻辑,将战略创新研究推向高潮,但这种理论还有一些不完备之处,很可能误导企业的战略决策.通过对比超越竞争和超强竞争两种战略逻辑来多角度地审视战略创新,探讨战略创新的潜在障碍和风险,分析战略创新的模仿障碍及其可克服性,在此基础上讨论战略创新所创造的竞争优势的时效性问题.

Abstract:Nowadays competitions among firms present more and more dynamic characteristics, and changes of market demand and competitive interactions change the contents of competitive advantage constantly. So, strategic innovation aiming to build new advantages becomes a focus topic. Theory of value innovation puts forward a kind of destructive strategic innovation logic, pushing studies about strategic innovation to a climax. However, this theory still is half-baked, and may mislead firms' strategic decision-making. This paper will scan strategic innovation through several angles by contrasting trans-competition and hyper-competition strategic logics, discuss the potential barriers and risks of strategic innovation, analyze imitation barriers of strategic innovation and whether they can be overcame, and discuss the time restrain problems of competitive advantage created by strategic innovation in the end.
