| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机使我国加快转型升级的问题更加突显。应对“后危机时代”的挑战，如何推动经济结构的战略性调整、实现经济的跨越式发展，关键还是在于有效地吸引人才、技术、智力，特别是进一步推动企业与科技部门、大专院校、科研院所开展产学研合作，进一步提升合作层次、拓展合作领域，进一步建立健全全面、系统的产学研合作网络和渠道，持续推动区域经济健康发展。

| Abstract: | The problems of accelerating our country＇ s economic transformation has become apparent due to the international finance crisis. Coping with the challenges of ＂post-financial-crisis era＂, the key of promorting the strategic adjustment of economic structure and making the leap in economic development, is attracting the talent, the technology, the intelligence. Further accelerating production-teachingresearch cooperation between the enterprises, scientific and technical department, universities and scientific research institute, further promoting the cooperation level and broadening development area, as well as further establishing comprehensive network and the channel of production-teaching-research cooperation is in favor of impelling the sound development of the regional economy. |
