| 摘 要： | 根据2005年1%人口抽样调查结果显示,贵阳市开始步入人口老龄化社会,同时人口老龄化速度正在逐渐加快。贵阳市老龄化呈现了老年人口规模大,发展速度快;＂未富先老＂;高龄老人人数多,高龄化现象严重;随年龄增长,老年人口性别比逐渐递减;贫困、病残、空巢老年人比例高的特点。面对日益严重的人口老龄化,需要社会、政府和个人共同努力,尽快建立较为完善的社会养老保障制度,以及与之相适应的养老模式。

| Abstract: | According to 1% of population survey sampling data of Guiyang city in 2005,the aging of population in Guiyang city has been emerged,and the rate of population aging is accelerated.It mainly shows the following characteristics： aging population is large,rapid pace of development,get old before it gets rich,and the very old citizens is more.Sex ratio of the elderly population gradually decreasing with increasing age,it has a high proportion of poverty,sick and empty-nested elderly people.Facing the increasingly serious population aging,which needs society,government and individual to improve the social security system,pension system and set up the corresponding old-age care mode. |
