| Abstract: | This article expounded the origin and meaning of protecting reader's right , pointed out the existing problem of Chinese library circle in protecting such many kinds of rights as reader's information, personal secrets, etc. , at the same time also prospected question negative, recommended reader to be right equal, dispelled message discriminate in order to promote the harmony of library undertaking. |
